Exchanges & Returns
All sales are final, and non refundable. However, products can be returned and exchanged if:
- the item is different from the order placed
- the item received is defective
To request for an exchange and/or return, please send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days' of receipt of the item. Please specify:
- the item you would like to return
- reason(s) for exchange/return
We will provide you with an address to which the item should be returned to upon receiving your details.
All exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, we will suggest and replace it with an item of similar value, or offer you store credit for your next purchase.
Sales items are not eligible for exchanges and returns. All delivery/shipping fees for return will be borne by customers.
